Welcome to SADIYEM ("we", "us", "the Service"). SADIYEM is a personal social media management tool that helps its owner plan, create, schedule and publish original photo and video content to their own connected social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service is operated for the account owner and authorized users acting on the owner's behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Service connects to third‑party platforms only with your explicit authorization, using each platform's official login (OAuth). You may revoke access at any time from the Service or from the relevant platform's settings. You remain bound by the terms and policies of each connected platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service.
You retain all ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to that content and that it complies with applicable laws and each platform's community guidelines. You must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that violates the rights of others.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, using it to send spam, or using it to publish content that violates a platform's rules. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service or from the behaviour of any connected third‑party platform.
